Our Commitment
At Glass of the Sun Solar, we're committed to delivering exceptional solar panel cleaning services that maximize your system's efficiency. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean your panels at no additional charge.
Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Full Refund (100%)

Service was not performed as scheduled without prior notification

Technician failed to arrive during the scheduled service window

Work was not completed due to company error or equipment failure
Partial Refund (50%)

Service quality did not meet our published standards after one re-cleaning attempt

Panels were not cleaned to the level specified in your service agreement
No Refund

Customer was unavailable during scheduled service time without 24-hour notice

Access to panels was denied or not possible due to customer-side issues

Weather conditions made safe cleaning impossible (rescheduling offered)

Customer requests refund more than 7 days after service completion

Dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control (existing panel damage, system malfunction, etc.)
How to Request a Refund

Provide your service date, address, and reason for the refund request

Include photos if applicable to support your claim

Allow us 2-3 business days to review your request
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
Cancellation Policy

Cancel 24+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund of any prepayment

Cancel less than 24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee

No-show without cancellation: No refund
Weather-Related Rescheduling
If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you may choose to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
